What this is. The delete-account flow for every user WITHOUT an active iOS App Store subscription — Stripe subscribers, Google Play subscribers (auto-cancelled on deletion), users with no subscription, and RevenueCat CANCELLED-in-grace. Unchanged from production: survey → password confirm, no warning gate.
Why it exists. It encodes the negative half of SOR-9890's detection rule: purchase platform decides, never the current device. A Stripe subscriber using the iOS app gets this flow.
